Spacious Room for Rent - Ditmars/Steinway!

Hey there !! We?re looking for a fourth roommate to complete our quad. We are three professional women in our early 30s who enjoy spending time with each other in our shared living spaces, but also respect each other?s privacy. One of us is a high school teacher, one works with a non profit and one works for CVS Pharmacy.

The room is cozy and sunny, and has a large amount of storage. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed in the apartment.

Our place is just a few blocks from the N/W line, and around the corner from both the Q69 and Q101 buses. It?s also about a 20 min walk straight down Ditmars to Astoria Park. We?re located near many great bars and restaurants, which is always fun for a night out.

Move-in costs would be one month's security deposit, as well as the first month's rent ($1650). Looking for a 9/1 move in with a 6-month lease with the possibility of renewing afterward.
