Astoria sublet

This beautiful, spacious, comfortable, light, airy, and very centrally located two bedroom apartment has a large one bedroom available to sublet. starting March 1st. We have a large, eat-in kitchen with all equipment necessary for cooking, as well as a full size fridge & stove.. We love our apartment, and we love our neighborhood, and cannot recommend either highly enough. We are 3 short blocks from the N/W (Broadway), and 6 short blocks from the R/M (Steinway). It takes less than 20 minutes to get to Times Square. I? ve always found the N/R/Q to be a very convenient train line, as it connects with many other trains both on the east and west sides, as well as directly taking me pretty much anywhere I need to be! We are hoping to find a non-smoking female who is mature, clean, considerate, kind, and personable; who will respect/appreciate the home environment we? ve created.
