Private room available in a quiet, clean, and sunny 2 bedroom for one person only (female only). Can come with a bed or no bed. Basement storage if needed. Backyard. Great, safe neighborhood near many fun restaurants and bars (around the corner from a comedy club!). 10 minutes away from a beautiful park and museums. 5 minutes away from a subway station. $800 a month plus utilities. Good credit, full time work, and Credit / background check required by landlord.

Would be sharing apartment with only one other person, me, a female, 30’s, full time day job, but am taking Covid very seriously. I’m clean, keep to myself, respectful of boundaries, but not opposed to hanging out on occasion. Hoping for the same in a housemate!
