I'm an easygoing and accommodating tenant and I typically keep to myself; looking for the same in a new roommate. I'm either in the apartment or visiting my girlfriend in Manhattan; otherwise, I practice social distancing and take COVID-19 seriously. I work full-time remotely, and in my spare time, I'm a rock musician who practices in the afternoons/evenings (Other musicians welcome!) Looking for a chill vibe - no wild nights.
