Hello!

I have a large room available in Astoria, Queens. The apartment is a railroad style. It has its own private entrance. We share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom. We are 8 minutes away walking from the 46th street subway station (M&R line), and 13 minutes away walking from the 30th ave subway station (N&W line). It is just me and my daughter, 21, who lives in the apartment. We are very clean, organized, and enjoy talking, quality time, etc. Rent is $1150 BUT can be negotiated.
