Sunlight Astoria Room for Rent

Hi,
I have 1 bedroom available for rent in my 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in October or November 1st. It has incredible sunlight in both the bedroom and living room. It has 2 closets; one in the hallway of the room and a hanging wall closet shelving unit in the room that has a small desk, although the new roommate has the option of taking it down, as well as sharing half of the closet in the living room. The apt is on the second floor of a 3 story building.

I am looking for a Professional, Respectful, Clean, and Quiet roommate that has a 9am-5pm job and can pay the rent on time.

I'm a male that is friendly, clean, quiet, and a respectful roommate.

The apartment is located in the best area in the heart of Astoria Queens which is very safe neighborhood with 24 hour grocery stores, organic stores, gyms, yoga studios, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, laundry mats/dry cleaners, discounts stores, hardware stores, etc within literally a 2 block radius. It is one block away from the Broadway stop off the N or W train, 15 minutes into Manhattan, and 30 minutes basically to anywhere else in Manhattan. The rent is $900.00 a month plus Utilities = (electric and internet/cable). First Month rent of $900.00 and $900.00 deposit is due upon moving in. (a 30 Day notice is required at the first/end of the month upon the moving out date or the deposit will be forfeited)
