Private bedroom available starting November 1. Looking for a long-term girl or guy roommate who envisions living in the heart of Astoria. This person would share the 2-bedroom apartment space with me, thus the living room, bathroom and kitchen would be equally shared. The apartment is on 33rd Street between 30th and 31st Ave. A 4 min walk to the 30th Ave N-W train. Your room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is furnished.

Would need first month's rent and a deposit. Must have good credit and a stable income and would co-sign a yearly lease with me. Heat and hot water are included. Other utilities are not included and usually are around $50 a month.

I'm a female in my mid-20's. I work in midtown at a non-profit. I love crossfit. I make my own pizzas because #health. I would like a roommate who is respectful of our apartment space and keeps it clean.
