Room in an apartment with a washer & dryer -$825!

Hi there! We have a 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Astoria between the 30th Avenue and Astoria blvd stations! It’s a great location, about 5-6 minutes walking to either station and also about a 6-7 minute walk to the M60 select bus which goes to LaGuardia and the upper west side. Currently there are 4 girls in the apt. and one girl is moving out.
There is 1 open room that is $825 per month. Utilities usually are about $25-$30 per person and WiFi is $17 per person per month. The agreement is month to month, but we’re ideally looking for someone who would like to stay longer. The room has a window and 2 dressers and is a decent, normal sized room. It is furnished with a bed and a full length mirror. The apartment has a full sized washer and dryer as well as a dishwasher. We are looking for a new roommate who is kind, considerate, and clean. The roommates who currently live here are very nice, considerate, and clean. One girl is a student who works as a nanny, one girl works as a paralegal and one works in retail.
