Astoria room

Looking for a nice quiet and clean person. I would prefer some who is able to get along well with others, and would like to stay in one place. The apartment is one block away from the Broadway train station, laundry is also abatible one block away, neighborhood can be loud sometimes. It’s on the 3rd floor and would prefer no excessive loud noise because of our neighbors upstairs and downstairs. One bathroom, and utilities would be split 4 ways (including yourself).
