I am looking to sublease my one bedroom / one bathroom apartment for the summer. Located in Astoria, Queens (NYC) on Broadway between Crescent Street and 23rd Street. Dates are totally flexible, but for now move in date is May 27 (can be earlier) and move out date is October 1 (can be later). Person who moves in would pay security deposit (one month's rent) to be returned upon move out if all goes well. No smoking, no drugs and no pets allowed. Great location in the heart of Astoria close to subway (N/W/R/M/F), ferry to Manhattan and Brooklyn, grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, laundromats, pharmacies and parks. Parks include Socrates Sculpture Park, Rainey Park, Astoria Park (tennis courts, track, field, public outdoor pool). Only 15 minutes via subway into Manhattan / Central Park. Super convenient to all. Apartment is fully furnished. Friendly and helpful neighbors in the building and on the block. Rent is $2,200 inclusive of utilities (ConEd + Spectrum).
