3B/2BA Astoria

Hi! Looking for a laid-back and moderately clean roommate to fill a small room with access to two shared balconies. Current tenant is our good friend who is leaving NYC, and we are a couple with a small dog (he doesn’t bark much) and a cook mostly not here 4/7 days of the week. First floor are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom (only with the downstairs roommate, we have our own bathroom upstairs!) Laundry, dishwasher and central air (currently being repaired).
