3 Bedroom Renovated Astoria Apartment

Need to fill 2 bedrooms in a three bedroom Astoria apartment! One is a large (master) bedroom with a private bathroom. The second is a medium sized bedroom. All rooms have a beautiful brick facing well, and the apartment has a dishwasher, laundry IN UNIT, and new appliances. We will be a 6-8 minute walk from the 46th Street M-R train (30 mins from Manhattan).

I am a female working professional who lives a fairly quiet lifestyle. I am very clean and would like to live with people who can keep shared living spaces regularly clean - I typically clean 1-2 times a week and ensure the kitchen itself is free of food and dishes to prevent unwanted pests. I would love to live with someone who is respectful, clean, quiet (ideally another working professional), and pandemic safe.
