Temporary sublet of small, furnished, bright room, in clean house, female preferred, please include some info about yourself in your response to the post. Available July 1st to end of September or perhaps longer.

1 block to Broadway Astoria subway station, all shopping, restaurant, supermarket, etc.... 10 min to Manhattan.

Available July 1st. Furnished room with bed and area rug, desk, chair, lamp, shades, in my 2 bdrm. Very clean, I work from home most days, and am quiet, positive female, seeks the same.

$880 includes gas, electric, and wifi. One month deposit and first month rent upfront. Must fill out application for the landlord (ie employer, references) (no fee) and sign a sublease.

The room is for 1 person only. There is a very sweet cat here.
