Roommate wanted- ASAP move in!

Currently seeking a roommate to fill the open bedroom in this cozy, Astoria apartment. Situated right in the heart of Astoria (in my humble opinion) on Ditmars blvd, the apt is within walking distance to many great bars and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the N/W train. Room is currently vacant so ideally would want someone to move in ASAP if possible (Dec 1). Open to a temporary, month to month situation or long term if desired as there is no lease currently signed.
