Astoria, Where Everything Is Convenient ‼️

Hello all,

I have a room here for rent in Astoria. The Q103, Q19, Q18 & Q102 is literally steps from the residence. This also includes the Ferry. The N & Q train is nearby along with the F, E,R, G & 7 trains. Supermarkets are all nearby as well. I preferably would like to live with a female but I am open minded to a mail. I for the most part is very quiet. I’m always in my room. I expect common shared places to be clean no exceptions. I’m clean & respectful & I expect the same in return. There is a laundromat in the building but unfortunately is temporarily out of service. There is a parcel room, a computer room & a gym. There is a community room on the premises. Parties and baby showers are held there for a fee through management. I’m a loaner and stay to myself for the most part but am open to watching movies, going to eat or grab a drink etc. I’m very easy to get along with. Communication is always key. I prefer the rent by check & you will be given a receipt. You will be given a lease between us. I’m available for a meet & greet or FaceTime. Other things can be discussed at that time.
