- New kitchen appliances and includes a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice machine and freezer storage.
- Bathroom was also newly remodeled.
- Common areas are downstairs. Bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the second floor.

HUGE space. Two closets. Facing street but it is a very quiet neighborhood. Photos to come.

- Maria: Down to earth young PR professional with a passion for cooking. Loves to dabble in different cuisines and will always offer delicious food (#blessed)! Is great at organizing household responsibilities.
Joyce - Government professional and grad student who mostly works from home. Loves exploring the city on weekends and sometimes NYC nightlife! Always down for hanging out and having a good time!
