Room for Rent in Astoria ($1075/month)

Hello! My roommate and I (29F and 22F) are looking for someone to join us to move into our new three bedroom. She is a middle school teacher, and I am a student. We are both calm, down to earth, and respectful, and we are looking for someone similar to share the space with us. My roommate has two cats, so ideally you would be a cat person as well!

Your share of the rent would be $1075, including gas and water. The apartment gets tons of natural light, since it is on the second floor of a two story house. There is no in-unit laundry, but there is a laundromat super close across the street. We are near the Astoria Blvd and 30th Ave stations (N/W train).
