About the room: large room that faces the back yard. Gets plenty of light and enough room for a king size bed. It's kinda furnished, if interested we can discuss what you want to keep. It's 15ft by 14ft in size.
Common area with wraparound couches. We spend a lot of time socializing in the living room. The room for rent is furthest away from the living room so it doesn't get any noise
New kitchen with granite countertops, modern appliances, stocked cabinets
Huge bathroom (waterfall shower and full tub), vanity, extra storage
High efficiency washer/dryer in apartment
