ABOUT THE ROOM:

It’s a 4 bedroom 1 bath apartment (4th room is an extra room can be a hangout room or guest room)

Room can fit a twin bed, a small desk and a small dresser. There is a small closet in the hallway you can use for storage and clothes. The apartment is 7 mins walk from N/W train. Laundromat is around the corner. 10 mins walk to restaurants, banks and bars. A very nice and quiet neighborhood. The place is 8 mins walk to Astoria Park.

We’re looking for a roommate who is clean, respectful & someone who doesn’t bring the party to the house, has a stable job, and pays rent on time ($746) and utilities (around $80) can be higher during summer time.

*First month’s rent & security deposit needed upon moving in.

ABOUT THE ROOMMATES:

You’ll be living with 2 other professional women around their 20’s & 30’s who likes to keep the apartment clean and keep the noise level into a minimum. We like to hang out, go out and take walks at the park.
