The living room/kitchen is recently renovated with dishwasher and fully furnished from current roommates so no more room for additional furniture there. Laundry in basement and large private backyard with patio and garden, 100% only ours to access.
*RENT: $1250
*Both current roommates work from home flex (2-3 days a week) so ideally looking for someone who works during the day (in office).
