Master bedroom/bathroom of 2 bed/2bath in Astoria

I have lived in this 2 bedroom/2 bathroom for the past year and I absolutely love it. My roommate is leaving and I am looking for someone to fill the master bedroom/bathroom. Some things I love about this apartment are: 24-hour doorman, concierge that safely secures your packages, dishwasher, laundry on the floor, TWO bathrooms, very spacious, lots of cabinets and closets (including a shared walk-in closet), garage parking available, gym in the basement available. As far as the area: it’s very quiet, not noisy at all, but a very short 5-10 minute walk from downtown Ditmars blvd area, where there are lots of cute restaurants and bars! This apartment is a 10 minute walk/5 minute bike/5 minute bus ride from the N/W subway (Ditmars blvd station).
