Spacious Room in Astoria Apartment

Hi! I'm looking to fill a bedroom in my spacious Astoria apartment. Rent is $1150/month, heat and hot water included. The apartment is a 3-bedroom, but I'm hoping to use the third (small) bedroom as a shared office/storage area/anything else (ideas welcome!).

I've lived in the apartment for over 6 years and love the space. The bedroom is in the back of the apartment, so there's limited street noise. Great neighborhood, close to subway, buses, bars, restaurants, grocery, and laundromats. Third floor walkup, with the landlord and his family living on the first two floors.

Me: I'm a 33F working professional looking for someone clean, quiet, and friendly. As per the landlord, no pets and women only please. Thank you!
