The second room is set up as a den but feel free to add a desk or another bed. The apartment overall is completely furnished and a 4 minute walk to the N/W train, Astoria Market around the corner, two laundry mats within a block (free pick up/delivery offered) and a less than 10 minute walk to Ditmars where you'll find shopping, bars, restaurants and coffee shops.
