3 bedroom 1 bathroom in Astoria Starting May 1st

My roommate and I are looking for 1 roommate to sign on with us when we renew on May 1st. We are looking for someone who is respectful of us and will clean up after themselves in the shared spaces. Ideally this person works in-office or hybrid.
My roommate is a female in her mid 30s who works in the travel industry. I am a male in my late 20s that works in tech. We both like to keep things lowkey and tend to keep to ourselves while at home, but are always friendly in shared spaces.
The apartment on the second floor of a three floor walk-up. The bedroom is unfurnished and and most of the shared spaces will also be unfurnished at the start of the lease. The apartment also has a balcony that faces the street. There is a laundromat that is a quick 2 minute walk from the apartment. The neighbors upstairs are friendly and respectful. The landlord lives on the first floor, and is incredibly committed to maintaining the building and takes care of any issues in the apartment quickly. No pets, no smoking.
The apartment is located right off of 30th Ave, where there are plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from (my personal favorite a Korean style restaurant called Kal). There are also several options for groceries that are close by. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the N/W train and a 20 minute walk from the E, F,R trains.
