Room in a 3B/2BA in Astoria

Hi there! I am looking for someone to take over my lease on this spacious 3B/2BA apartment in the heart of Astoria. The lease takeover will be July 1st with the option to move in mid-June. The room size is 11x12 and with a lot of natural sunlight, and this room includes your semi-private bathroom located by the living room.

Your room is on the opposite side of the apartment, which means you get a lot of privacy from the other roommates.

Overall this is a good place, with a lot of space and a great size kitchen.

The apartment is a 2 min walk to the N/W train, and a 5 mins walk from tons of restaurants in Astoria. It is also located on the 2nd floor of a townhouse and the landlord lives on the first floor, which is a big plus!

About the roommates:

Kayshana (late 20s) - She works for a law firm and is on a hybrid schedule.

Andrea (late 20s) - She works as a bartender on a very set schedule during the week.

They use the common areas on occasion and take turns cleaning the apartment. They are friendly and easygoing.

Move-in is Mid-June/July 1st - the landlord requires the first month’s rent and deposit :)

The end of the lease is 01/31/2025 with the option for renewal.
