This is a 2 bedroom apartment with shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and fridge.

Rooms are pretty big and come with a closet with a rack and top shelf for plenty of clothing space.

The entire apartment was recently renovated before I moved in about 6 months ago so everything still feels fresh and new.

Public transportation runs smoothly and consistently here. The closest buses are the Q12 and Q13 which both take you to the Main Street 7 train station.

The LIRR train is also a 4 min walk (2 blocks) away so going to and from the city is a breeze.

Technically in Auburndale, the area has a ton of food spots including Greek, Asian and Hispanic cafes and restaurants. Whether you're looking for morning breakfast or a cute date spot, this area has all that you need including Bonchon, Taco Bell, Popeyes, halal, pho and more.

Roommate is clean, considerate and social. If you are the same, you will get along swimmingly. If there is any issue, it will be resolved amicably.
