One room in 3br/2ba available for MAY 1ST. Lease is from November 1st, 2021 to October 31st, 2022. This room has a built-in closet, could fit a Queen size bed with a desk and a dresser. It has a window to the balcony and an AC unit. There's central heat/air & w/d in unit. Bonus basement storage space. Utilities are not included, approximately $100-$150 a month per person depending on the season. You will be sharing a full bathroom with one of the roommates.

Potential new roommate would be taking over the remainder of the lease for this room. If chose to renew by the end of lease there would be an annual $2000 renew fee charged by the condo management which will be split among 3 roommates. Allergy alert: There is a cat in this unit.
