Smaller Room For Rent! Available Asap!

Hello all!
My twin sister and I are currently looking to rent out a smaller room in the house we are staying at.
It?s a beautiful house, recently renovated.
You have full access to the kitchen( stove, oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker etc) that you can use whenever you would like! We have a living room as well and a beautiful rooftop that you can go up to and watch the sunset or have some s?mores by the fire pit!
The area is a quiet area with plenty of street parking.
There are Deli?s and food stores that are walking distance. The Lirr is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk.
The room is on the smaller side can comfortably fit a full size bed or a queen. There?s a closet as well with plenty of space you can store stuff in. If you?re looking for a simple space, a quiet area and really cool down to earth roommates this is the spot for you! My sister and I are creative individuals who both work full time. We?re not home as often, but we would like someone who meshes with us and our creative side! We?re very friendly and easy going.
