800 a month including utilities and wifi cable is an extra $30 a month I am only charging for the box
I am located a few blocks from the F train briarwood/van wych station
1 block from queens blvd
1 block from supermarket
30min from midtown
laundry is in the building
must pay 1st months rent and security deposit- MUST SHOW RENT CAN BE PAID EVERY MONTH-(references or pay stubs)
looking for male roommate STRICTLY PLATONIC gay or straight. somebody laid back btw 25-50
cleans up after themselves.
room has closet bed and dresser and nice breeze from the window
