Furnished Studio within shared Apartment

The room is its own studio...theres an area for queen size bed and sitting area thats like a living room. Necessary furniture included. Big closet, Great View 12th Floor. The Briarwood train station is located right accross the street. F Train primarily but E train passes by too. Bathroom is right next to your room. The kitchen is shared. Plus balcony. The living room is very close to our room so has to be used with consideration.

We are LGBT female couple. We live in the living room area in a separate room. We keep to ourselves mostly but are friendly and will be cons ious of your well being. We could get reference from recent roommates we got along very well...We where considerate of each others needs and they left because they where ready to start their own lives. We are mostly always in our room. 97% of the time.
Most important, we are looking for an open minded, easy going person. We do not like conflict and are not looking for it.
