Quiet, safe residential neighborhood but minutes away from grocery stores, laundromat, and restaurants. The bedroom is big 10.5 ?x12? and has 2 closets, 3 windows. Utilities included in the price! No pets please.

You will be living with 2 girls (26 and 28) both professionals, clean, respectful and down to earth. We like to hang out occasionally, watch a movie and have some wine but definitely respect alone time and privacy.
