Female Professional to Share Large Townhome

I want to share with another professional female this beautiful 2.5 bed 1.5 bath split level townhome in Cambria Heights, NY. The eat-in kitchen is large and fully equipped. There is a nice patio area in the back where I am presently raising tomatoes and jalape?o peppers. The available bedroom is huge, furnished with two dressers, a desk and an antique wooden frame full size bed with new mattress and plenty of room to spare. The home is within walking distance to the Q83 and Q27 buses and a five minute drive to the LIRR. I plan to be here for four years at which time you may assume the lease. Presently I telework from home though normally I would take the LIRR to Atlantic Terminal and subway into Manhattan where my office is located. I am an Engineer.
