Seeking a roommate (female preferred) for a newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment in College Point with one vacancy. Shared living room/kitchen/bathroom. Apartment is second floor of a two-family house. The bedroom is not furnished, but it comes with a bookcase.

Close to Queens College campus-- perfect for a student, but all are welcome.

I am a mid-twenties female working full-time in Manhattan. Looking for someone who is a non-smoker, non-house-partyer (small gatherings are fine, just nothing too loud and crazy), and can commit to at least a six month lease. Small/quiet pets welcome, and must be LGBT friendly.

Rent is approximately $600/month each when including utilities and Wi-Fi/Cable. Must make 40x monthly rent per year or have guarantor that makes 80x rent. Please email me for more info.
