Cozy-Quiet Room for Rent

Cozy room for rent in a second floor, our apartment has 4 rooms, large living room a nice size kitchen (we cook sometimes and don?t mind if you do as well) we keep the apartment clean. We are 3 females very nice and responsible, we have been living in the house for 3 years, my friend got married recently so she moved out, hoping to find a responsible and neat roommate, to share our space. No drama in the house, no parties and no overnight visitors.
