Large bedroom available in a dated but cozy 3 bedroom apartment in the heart of Astoria. The apartment is spacious, with a full kitchen, dining room and living room. The apartment is the top floor in a 3-story building, with the first 2 floors occupied by the landlord and her family. Heat and water are included in the rent. Additional expenses include wifi and electricity, which range from about $50 to $100 per month, each roommate. Rent is $1,100 per month, and a $1,000 security deposit is required. No fee. Room is available through the end of June 2020 because one of my roommates is moving away.
