Looking for a roommate starting March 1st, ALL Utilities are included (electric, gas water, heat, wifi, cable tv, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc.) Huge 12x12ft room that very comfortably fits a queen (as seen in pictures) or king bed. Short or long term stay.
There are two roommates, Fabian and Ginn who are both easy going and we are looking for someone who also meets that vibe. Fabian (me) is 28 years old and into the outdoors, Marvel, movies, art, etc. The other is a 23-year-old Gin, she is a biomedical engineer and into the theater, programing, games, etc.
Preferably looking for a roommate who has a stable job and is laid back. We are more looking for a guy but are not against the right gal. Ideally looking for someone who can come home and watch tv or share a beer.
