Room in Astoria Apt for rent

Hi everyone I have a room in my Astoria apt available for rent. This is in the Ditmars area and a short walk from the N train (you know when we start using the trains again ????) The surrounding area is very quiet but full of places to eat and shop and the apt is a short walk from Astoria Park. The Apartment itself has air conditioning lots of light and a landlord who goes above and beyond, Also it's very close to things like grocery stores and laundromats. We are mostly looking for relatively clean and friendly female candidates interested in a long-term stay. We have one cat here who is very friendly, so we are down for cats here lol, but we can't have dogs sorry :(. It's $970/ month (+utilities -internet/light- which tends to be around $40-60).Please DM if interested, move-in date July 1st. (BTW pics of the room show the space furnished and unfurnished)
