Hi all! Looking for a winter sublet for my beautiful, cozy, sun drenched, and extremely spacious apartment. You would have one bedroom + one office/creative space. Located in Astoria: Ditmars- Steinway area. Dec. 5- Jan 2 with dates semi-flexible. Comes furnished.

Conveniently located: 4 min walk to the NW train, Astoria park is within walking distance, so many shops, restaurants, cafes, and bars just around the corner but our tree lined street is charming and quiet.

You will have full private use of the bedroom and a separate office/creative space with a sit to stand desk (perfect for WFH) and space for relaxing. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom is shared with one other person, my incredible roommate and best friend. We live in a 2 bedroom, 2 office apartment with 2 little cats (as seen in the pictures😸).

All of this for only $1,500 including wifi/utilities!
