Residential, quite and very safe neighbourhood, laundry on the block, close to grocery stores, bakery, deli, restaurants. The bedroom is the Small size with lots of sunlight and shared Bathroom.(( Great Deal))
Must be employed. No smoking or overnight guest, female only apartment.
Must be very organized, clean, quiet and responsible. Proof of income is required .The apartment is located near LGA airport exclusive area, close to subway station (N, W&R), bus stops(Q69, Q100, Q101). I'm asking for $850 month and $850 Deposit .
