Rent is $900 per month with all the utilities/services included.

Only one month of deposit.

The House is located in East Elmhurst, near Junction Boulevard, Astoria Boulevard, and Ditmars Boulevard.

I have a bright, sunny room with a closet and two windows on the 2nd floor of a 3 bedroom private home, in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The House has a large kitchen, big living room, large bathroom, plenty of parking available.

I prefer a young professional gentleman, stable, respectful, and considered someone who is responsible and capable of cleaning up after himself around the shared areas.
