Looking for another professional male or female to occupy the other room. This room is spacious, 9 x 15 square feet. Can fit a queen sized bed. Utilities included except electricity which will be split by the other roommate. $725/month. Roommate should be Non smoker, neither cigarette ( no weed) or no vaping, non alcoholic, no drugs, no parties and no overnight guests. Share bathroom and kitchen with one male roommate. Place is close to La Guardia airport, about 5 minutes away. 5 short blocks from shopping center. Bus stops in front of house. Laundry is half block away.
