Searching for my "the one" roomie!

Hello there!

The area is super nice. Residential and quiet but super close to the Steinway/Ditmars area with laundry, grocery, delis, and everything close by.

The train is roughly a 20 min walk away but the Q101 (to the R/M) has a stop one block down in one direction and the Q69 (to the N/W Ditmars stop in about 8 mins.) one block away on the other. If you drive, it's street parking.

The apt is a 2/1 on the second floor. The available room has no windows but has fantastic skylights.

I am quite clean and organized and ask the same of you. We're all adults, let's clean up after ourselves and split the chores in common spaces. Be respectful and I shall do the same. Dassit! I occasionally have friends over (pre and hopefully post pandemic) to watch movies and have a drink or 6, if you're fun and open minded (as I have friends of all nationalities, colors, shapes, sizes, religions, sexual orientations etc.), I would for you to join!
