Roommates wanted

This apartment is a 2 floor walk up. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Brandon occupies two bedrooms (masterbesroom with master closet) and 1 bathroom. The apartment is completely furnished and designed by me, the owner. The 2 rooms for rent has a shared newly renovated stand-up shower. My place is much larger then most apartments in New York. The sectional sofa are all recliners facing a 60 inch TV.

If your a couple, you have to take both rooms for $1500. I will not rent one room to one couple.

This neighborhood practically provides everything you need at 24 hours. Groceries, laundromats, subway (3 blocks away) diners, target, malls, restaurants, bars, gentlemen club, lounges, parking, hardware store and barbershops.
