I am looking for a female roommate who's interested in renting a private room with a queen sized bed, cabinet, drawers, mirror, study table, chair, side table, and windows.
Location is very close to Woodhaven station, R or M train (3-5 minutes walk) with a lot of buses as well. Grocery is 2 minutes walk and we are a block away from QUEENS CENTER MALL. The building has an elevator (apartment is on the 3rd floor with a NICE VIEW) and the laundry room is in the basement.
ROOMMATES: This is a 3 bedroom apartment and you will be sharing bathroom with 1 female (student). I work in the city as a restaurant manager and my husband works in the airport as a electrical mechanic. We do have our own bathroom.

Rent is $1000 plus electricity ($10) with 1 month deposit.
