Room in large apt close to Express Trains

We have a smaller room available in our large four bedroom apartment available. We are four blocks from the E/F/R/7 train stop, 15 minutes from LGA. I've been living in the apartment for over 10 years, with the other two roommates there for three years. We are seeking someone respectful, responsible, and friendly to take over the fourth room. The room can fit a queen sized bed (but a full or twin is better suited) and has a small closet. The apartment has a large living room and kitchen available for use. July rent will be prorated.
