Room available in cozy apartment in Elmhurst

Hey there! One bedroom is opening up in our 3 bedroom apartment in Elmhurst, NY starting November 1st for 7 months (until June)

The room is a good size, with plenty of room even after a desk and full size bed are inside, additionally the room has great storage space. The kitchen is cozy and acts as our shared space along with the full bathroom and patio) ** bedroom comes furnished with full sized bed.**

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3 family house in Elmhurst, Queens. 10 Min walk from Grand Ave R/M Train // 15 min walk from Junction on the 7 line. There are a lot of buses close by, q58/59/72.

This neighborhood is mostly residential. There is really great food from all over the world nearby. There's a supermarket and 2 laundromats less than a 5 minute walk away, and the Target Mall and Queens Center Mall are all walking distance from the apartment.

About Us:

I'm Alessa, my boyfriend Juan and I share one of the bedrooms. I'm a student and Juan runs a youth athletics company. We are also both musicians. We're pretty open-minded, and laid back and looking for like-minded people we can easily get along with.

Olivia lives in the other bedroom. She's a flight attendant who loves cooking. She has an irregular schedule but is very sweet and easy to get along with when she's home.

About you:

You are liberal, lgbtq+ friendly, responsible, and considerate. Having friends over is totally cool, but we have to be respectful of the people who live below and above us. That being said, no parties and volume needs to wind down towards the evening. Cleanliness is very important, so please only apply if you can keep after yourself and are respectful of shared spaces.
