I am a professional and sometimes work in the living room area. Preference for graduate student or professional who works outside the apartment. Convenient to all transportations: LaGuardia Airport, E, F, R, 7 trains and buses. The area is a culturally, diverse population, lots of restaurants and supermarkets. Near Elmhurst Hospital. Room can only be shown first week of August.
