Going overseas & need someone to take my room. It?s a large room in a 4 bedroom apartment. Room is $625/month, utilities $30/month, internet included. Room has big windows & is sunny, as well as lots of closet space. Comes with a twin size bed. Apartment has big kitchen & living room space. Bathroom with bathtub. Move in 9/31/19, lease ends 12/31/19

A train nearby, 6 min walk
No garage but parking is relatively easy
Laundromat, super market, eateries, in walking distance

You must have good credit at least 650 & an income at least 3x the rent. I also request a letter of employment, bank statements, references
