Spacious Room for Rent in Flushing !

The room is relatively spacious, comfortably fits in a queen bed and is in good condition. I am rather quiet and hard working, so I would ideally like to find someone similar. However, I welcome conversation, so don't be shy! I am a graduate student at Queen's College.

First month's rent and security deposit 750+750 due upon move in. Heating and water is included but electricity is not (usually comes out to about 40-50 bucks split three ways, including internet per month).

We also have a rather spacious kitchen and bathroom! Feel free to use the cupboard space, fridge, stove, etc. We do indeed cook, so no worries if you do as well! The living room is also really spacious. Please feel free to make yourself at home here. It is relatively unfurnished at the moment though, except for a couch and coffee table.

The area is safe and nearby Queen's College, so there is usually police right around the corner. It is ideal for someone looking for a place to stay while attending school or working nearby.
