I am looking for a tenant to occupy the room in my house for 3 months of summer until September 1st. It's a very relaxed environment here, easy access to transport to get to Manhattan, and you're in New York, what else do you need!
It's a very large room, you will NOT be sharing with a roommate it comes with a great queen sized bed, a large wardrobe and a nice wooden desk. I know it seems like a cheap price for the room being furnished, although i don't like to charge extra just because of furniture.
